Driving Lessons and Driving Courses Terms and Conditions

These ‘Terms and Conditions’ establish the basis upon which all regular driving lessons and intensive driving courses are offered to our customers by Tods Driver Training. When booking a driving lesson or an intensive driving course with Tods all pupils agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Tods Driver Training contract of service is between the pupil concerned and his or her driving instructor.

​Test Cancellations:

The DSA require four working days notice to cancel a practical driving test to avoid forfeiting the driving test fee. Failure to provide the required notice will result in the loss of your test fee. Tods cannot be held responsible for any postponement or cancellation of tests by the DSA.

Cancellations:
A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel any driving lesson or intensive driving course to avoid having to pay the fees due in full. If you do not give at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, you may be charged for the lesson(s) concerned this is at the discretion of TODS driver training.

Offers:

All offers apply only if a test has not been booked prior or during the offer period, otherwise the normal rate in your area applies.

The introductory offer is strictly for beginners only who have no previous driving experience.

Payments and lesson bookings:

You must pay for driving lessons, block bookings or intensive training courses in advance by cash, or bank transfer to your instructor.
